These terms and conditions govern your use of the Strathpeffer Community Centre website (strathpeffercommunitycentre.org.uk) and any services provided through it. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Strathpeffer Community Development Trust Limited ("the Trust") reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This website is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over for the purchase of raffle tickets. Visitors under the age of 18 must not purchase raffle tickets and should seek parental guidance where appropriate.

PROMOTER: This raffle is promoted by Strathpeffer Community Development Trust Limited (Scottish Charity SC000688), Strathpeffer Community Centre, School Road, Strathpeffer, Ross-Shire, IV14 9AG.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE: This raffle is operated under the Gambling Act 2005. The Trust complies with all applicable legislation relating to lotteries and prize competitions.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets. The Trust reserves the right to verify the age of any participant and to refuse entry to, or disqualify, any person who cannot confirm their eligibility.

TICKET PURCHASE: Tickets are sold at the advertised price per ticket. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except in the event of the raffle being cancelled.

DRAW PROCEDURE: The winning tickets will be drawn at random by an independent party on the advertised draw date. The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with the rules of the Gambling Act 2005.

PRIZE CLAIMING: Prize winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase. Prizes must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be reallocated at the Trust's discretion.

NO CASH ALTERNATIVE: Prizes are as described and no cash alternative will be offered. The Trust reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in exceptional circumstances.

RESULTS: Draw results will be published on this website following the draw.

DATA: Personal data provided when purchasing raffle tickets will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

All online transactions are processed via a third-party secure payment provider. The Trust does not store payment card details.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method used is your own and that you have sufficient funds or credit to complete the transaction.
